Senior Manager, Digital Products

My work with SSIT started as a technology strategy project during my final year in MBA. In June 2023, I formally joined the company to lead digital product innovation across its vessel-service platform and sales-enablement initiatives, reporting directly to the CEO.

SSIT is a Singapore-based maritime service provider operating across five major Asian ports, offering ship repair, parts solutions, and marine-waste services to ship owners and management firms.

I led a 10-person team to build products that reshaped how clients interacted with SSIT’s port operations and how the sales team operated day-to-day. The work delivered three core launches and contributed to +23% contract renewals and +15% ACV in 2024.

Head of Product

In August 2018, I joined Mushang technology as the founding product manager when the company was just 3 people with an early MVP. In January 2021, the Company was acquired by its client Guizhou Longqian Huaye Development Co., Ltd. By the time of acquisition, the team had grown to 16 people and was servicing more than 8,000 SMB accounts.

Mushang Technology built a PPC optimization SaaS for Google Ads that connected ad performance to product-level economics. The system automates the day-to-day work of PPC optimization for e-commerce businesses and marketing agencies, attribute POAS changes to underlying drivers, and generate recommended bid/budget/keyword actions that users could deploy to live accounts within seconds.

As Head of Product, I owned the roadmap and led a cross-functional team through discovery, prioritization, and execution. I shaped the optimization engine and automation workflows, wrote the early PRDs and UX flows, and built the processes for rapid shipping and experimentation. I partnered closely with marketing and founders to drive activation, retention, and conversion as we scaled the platform from an early MVP to 8,000+ SMB customers.

Product Manager

In September 2017, I joined Inxeption as the company’s first product manager hire when the team had just begun shaping its B2B e-commerce platform. I reported directly to the COO and played a central role in shaping how the product evolved beyond its initial prototype.

Inxeption was building an eCommerce services SaaS platform help industrial SMB (manufacturers, retailers and e-commerce businesses) to digitize sales, streamline supply chains, and manage logistics with consumer-grade simplicity while handling B2B complexity.

As the first PM, I refined the platform’s information architecture and expanded key modules, including onboarding, the product-information system (PIM), order workflows, and the B2B checkout experience. I partnered closely with pilot customers to understand their processes, validate concepts, and translate insights into a prioritized roadmap. I also created the early PRDs, UX flows, and development processes, and led the evaluation and integration of payment, financing, and tracking partners as the product moved toward broader adoption.

In August 2015, right after college, I joined IBM Consulting in New York. My work was focused on supporting large-scale digital transformation and emerging-technology initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.

I began as a technology consultant focused on application development and product discovery for clients in the industrial sectors, contributing to IoT implementations, cloud-migration programs, and digital strategy engagements. Example projects included an IoT-based mobile application for connected home appliances and the strategic planning of a cloud-migration program modernizing thousands of servers and applications.

Later, I transitioned into a Product Engineering Team Lead at IBM’s Blueberry Strategy Lab, where I oversaw product strategy, research, and delivery across multiple proof-of-concept initiatives. I led a 10-member team to develop and validate PoC solutions, including an AI-based experience for connected toys and a blockchain-driven supply-chain platform.

Throughout my time at IBM, I received multiple awards in recognition of delivery quality and client impact, including the GBS Service Excellence Award and the IBM Manager’s Choice Award.
